Rutgers will give the ball to Ray Rice and let him pound it down field and if that does not work, them QB Mike Teel who has 1817 yards passing and 12 tds and no ints will throw to one of the best receivers in the college football with Tiquan Underwood. Rutgers has fallen down and everyone has forgotten that this years USF is last years Rutgers. At one time this season the Scarlet Knights were 10th in the country before falling to Maryland and Cincinnati.
