Happy Memorial Day to everyone from the Phatline! With that we have two baseball winners today. We look for the Blue Jays to bounce back and snap there streak today against Baltimore. Houston has won 17 of the last 19 games vs Cinci. Brewers are 10-1 vs Cards in last 11 games, and Texas is 5-0 in the last five games at home we do not like the fact that NY Yankees are 12-2 SU in their last 14 games when playing on the road against Texas, However this is a better Texas team than past few years and Yankees played in New York yesterday and now travel to Texas for a day game?

Phatline - Tuesday Night Hammer time

Todays Phatline is going to be a good one, Roy Halladay, who won his last five starts versus the Yankees last season to move to 15-5 with a 2.86 ERA in his career against them. In three home starts last year versus New York, Halladay was 3-0 with a 1.80 ERA and two complete games.

Added Game Phatline Monday

With the Braves going up tonight vs the Mets, there is a PHATLINE we cant pass up. The Braves have started off the season like the Dale Murphy Braves and it has alot to do with the Catcher Brian McCann. Mcann was sent down to Myrtle Beach and has since been called back up do to a homer for the third time this season on Saturday in a win over the Phillies. McCann finished 3-for-4 in the game with two RBI as his homer was a two-run job. McCann is now batting .250. With 90% on the Mets and Johan 0-3 agaisnt the Braves we go with the Braves.

Monday Night Phatline

After a ruff loss last night we look to bounce back with both NBA winners and two MLB plays.
Both the Cavs and Nuggets will close out the series tonight's and should cover both lines and Denver again will get the SU win on the road. The Reds on the road against a bad Diamondbacks team is 8-2 in the last 10 games. For our second MLB play we go with the Giants who will have Randy Johnson who is 3-3 with a 2.67 ERA in nine career starts against the Washington franchise

After hitting both MLB games last night, We have found a Phatline on tonight NBA game that we can not pass up. With the Orlando Magic getting its starting back court bakc tonight, I see the Magic being to much in the end for Ray Allen and the Celtics, pulling away in the forth quarter to get the cover and win.

Great day with a ton of baseball and two NBA Playoff games on tap for Saturday get looking for good match ups. We love the Marlins tonight against the Rockies as Hanley Ramirez looks to be back and Marlins ace Josh Johnson will start for Florida and he has pitched well, going 2-0, 2.57.

There is one more Phatline out there that we will be steaming the TWINS tonight. Although the Mariners will have their ace on the mound, they have been outscored 36-9 during a season-high five-game losing streak. Liriano 2-2 with a 2.32 ERA in five starts against Seattle.

Thursday night Phatline will be both sides of the Hawks vs Cavs tonight on ESPN. Cavs buy down to go along with the defense of pressure of the Cavs will be again to much for the Hawks. If they were going to get one it would have been the first one.

Thursday MLB

Thursday MLB has a few day games and night games you have to look at. With the Rockies at -140 today, they both look like good value. Rockies starter Jason Marquis (4-1, 3.31 ERA) allowed a run and five hits in a 5-1 victory at San Francisco on Saturday for his first complete game since May 9, 2007.

Also for the night games, the Brewers are to hot right now and you have to keep taking them until they start to fall. The same goes for the Dodgers, however with all the Manny stuff today, I don't know how hot they will continue to stay? Until then we keep riding them also.

Boston Redsox tonight with Wakefield on the mound should be a little to tough for the Indians. Although we generally do not take baseball that our more than -150 but the Red Sox with Wakefield have been very good this year.
